At Adele’s Just For You, we take great care in packaging and shipping each framed print to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. However, we understand that things can happen in transit.
Damaged or Broken Frames:
If your order arrives with any damage to the frame or glass, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo of the damage and your order number to: [insert email address]. We will gladly send a replacement frame at no additional cost.
Returns & Exchanges:
Because each piece is custom-framed and made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than shipping damage.
